Prevent-13 Basic for Printers*

Our one-hour cleaning service performed every six months will extend the life of your printer and prevent untimely breakdowns due to normal wear and tear. This service includes a complete disassembly of the printer engine, a service of visual and mechanical test for any potential problems. The 13 step procedure will ensure that the entire paper path of the printer is thoroughly cleaned and lubricated.

Hewlett Packard Laser Printer Service Contract

Our one-year warranty service contract includes the same prevent-13 Basic service plus our technician will also perform a complete visual inspection and a series of mechanical test for any pre-existing printing problems. When determined to be in normal operating condition, your printer is warranted for a period of one year (parts and labor)

Prevent-13 Plus for Printers

Same as Elite package but has a $100.00 deductible on parts per year.

COPY MACHINES SERVICE CONTRACTS

We offer ALL INCLUSIVE service contracts on copy machines. Rates vary based on machine speed and size. Please call for a price quote.

All Inclusive contracts include: All labor, parts, toner, drum, and developer. Excludes paper and staples.

1. Drop Off & National Shipping Saving Plan

You drop off or ship your Inkjet, Fax machine, Typewriter or Dot Matrix printer and pay only $75.00 per hour. Most repairs can be made for less than $75 on smaller machines including parts and labor. If you don’t have a box we can ship one to you.

2. Hourly Rates (Southeast Michigan Only)

On-Site Repair - $85.00 per hour billed in ¼ hour increments.

3. Hourly Block Rates (Southeast Michigan Only)

5 Hour block charged at $80 per hour10 Hour block charged at $75 per hour25 Hour block charged at $70 per hour Advantage of this program is that you don’t need to buy a maintenance contract for each machine. You can use these hours for any of the machines that we service. Plus your time purchased never expires!
